Luckless Law or Lawless Conspiracy?

In recent times, it seems like all of law-enforcement is going through some seriously bad-karmic-times. All three cases have good/honest intent going horribly awry in common, apart from seriously tragic results.

First, the Metropolitan police shooting an innocent man in London.

Second, the Indian Army killing a group of (again) innocent boys.

and,

(arguably) Third, the police in Gurgaon trying to (what was originally...) control a huge mob.

The epilogue?

1. A Paid Vacation.
2. Arrests and Apologies
3. Blood, More Blood, a Judicial Probe, and a Bandh

These are the signs of bad times to come...Revelations in the Bible, or probably Chaos can only explain it!
