Waiting for God?
I'm trying to tell you something about my life
maybe give me insight between black and white
and the best thing you've ever done for me
is to help me take my life less seriously
it's only life after all
yeah
well darkness has a hunger that's insatiable
and lightness has a call that's hard to hear
I wrap my fear around me like a blanket
I sailed my ship of safety till I sank it
I'm crawling on your shores
I went to the doctor, I went to the mountains
I looked to the children, I drank from the fountains
there's more than one answer to these questions
pointing me in a crooked line
and the less I seek my source for some definitive
(the less I seek my source)
the closer I am to fine
the closer I am to fine

...There's more, but not for now...

It's like rain, on your wedding day
It's a free ride, when you've already paid
It's the good advice, that you just didn't take
And who would've thought? It figures
Well life has a funny way of sneaking up on you
When you think everything's okay and everything's going right
And life has a funny way of helping you out
When you think everything's gone wrong and everything blows up in
your face
A traffic jam, when you're already late
A no smoking sign, on your cigarette break
It's like ten thousand spoons, when all you need is a knife
It's meeting the man of my dreams, and then meeting his beautiful wife
"Fine" is an adjective I use to define a beautiful lady and anything associated with beauty.
"Pleasant" is an adjective I use to define a good and sometimes tingling sensation.
This blog is defintely not Fine, but very pleasant...the more you write your blog, the closer I am to pleasant, the closer I am to pleasant.
Witchshine: :) and continuing on that note:
Before you cross the street
Take my hand
Life is what happens to you
While you’re busy making other plans
Illusions: Thanks for the insight into the workings of your mysterious mind...and mucho gracias! :)
